We have already taken the first steps towards developing the industry of the future – documentation for the industrial park has been approved, and land plots are prepared, including 9 hectares designated for housing construction for future employees. This allows entrepreneurs to get started immediately, without wasting time on complex preparation processes.

Furthermore, the Dobrotvir Thermal Power Station (TES) operates nearby – a stable source of electricity for industrial facilities, which is crucial for energy-intensive manufacturing.

What is business without people? Sheptytskyi has a labour force of 82,000 in the region. These are individuals with experience in industry, a high level of technical discipline, and readiness for retraining. The community is already working on creating new professional opportunities:

• The Renewable Energy Training and Practical Center prepares personnel for the green energy sector.
• Local vocational schools and lyceums offer programs in drone maintenance, cybersecurity, IT, and alternative energy.

This creates a foundation for cluster development: agro-processing, furniture manufacturing, construction materials, logistics, and the defense industry.

• 14 processing plants (dairy, meat products, alcohol, sugar).
