Conducting Public Communication and Dialogue
The Agency will shape the culture and values of the just transition and foster public understanding of this process by explaining the goals and results of the transformation in clear language, highlighting success stories and pilot initiatives.
Monitoring and Adjustment
The Agency will continuously monitor the implementation of the 'Just Transition Action Plan for the Chervonohrad City Territorial Community for the period up to 2030'. Accordingly, it will prepare analytical reviews and brief reports for the city council, providing recommendations for adjusting priorities or reallocating resources.
The Just Transition Agency was established to serve as a bridge between the long-term strategic vision and the day-to-day management process. It does not replace the city council or its departments but rather supports, strengthens, and complements their work, particularly in areas requiring additional capacity, effective coordination, or the involvement of external assistance.
The establishment of the MI “JTA” was made possible through the support of the Project “Just Transition in Coal Regions and Green Recovery of the Energy Sector in Ukraine”. This project is implemented in Ukraine by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH on behalf of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK).
